I wouldn't consider anything Catholic as true doctrine. It was God who
told Moses to; keep the Sabbath day. i.e. every 7 days.

Of course they do, they're following Catholic doctrine, not God's. The
only Christian churches who follow what the bible tells them is God's will
are 7th Day Adventists and Baptists. And maybe a few we haven't heard from
yet. Certainly the Jews, in spite of their faults, know better.
TW> Which in a Country of Religious FREEDOM is MY choice.
You shouldn't forget that this isn't a country OF religious freedom, it's
a country that was founded FOR religious freedom.
Claiming to have the freedom to serve such a doctrine is like yelling
'fire' in a crowded theater just because you can. That doesn't make it
right.

the victory itself.
