Now that's an intelegent statement. When you release such a word to the
masses, you will no longer have control over it's meaning. Just like this

Y'all can make these stupid claims all day long, but the real educated,
truely intellegent people in this world don't go along with it. I find
that my interpretation here, agrees with such entities as the Encylopedia
Britannica, which has this to say about it:
