Perhaps I was not clear.  In order to test/aquire information to the
webroot support people to ascertain any issues with their firewall, I
really have to be here when someone attempts to connect via Bink.  If
webroot blocks it, If I do not override it in real time, it becomes a
permanent block.


That's why I needed someone I could reach by phone to test things in real time.
