The most I remember about that election was LS/MFT on the Lucky Strike
cigarette package. You could place either foot on an empty pack found on
the street and punch your buddies in the arm, saying 'Lucky Strike and no
Strike Back' or in the fall of 1948, Lord, Save Me From Truman!
