Things picked up considerably after "The Dawn of Man" sequence. 
I was fascinated by the ship Dr Floyd was on as it approached docking with
the space station and wondered to myself 'how are they going to do that?'
when the answer popped into my head.  Rotate the ship in sync with the
wheel.

I omitted the part where I have to turn the radio/CD player off when
backing up.  (-:  I especially had to do that to cut down on distractions
when I was backing up my 19' boat, which sat on a 21' trailer into the
driveway to park it on a slab I had made for it.  I no longer have that
boat.

The way I understand the tiny portions I've read is that BO must give
Congress 30 days notice before doing something like that.
