If thats the thing I'm thinking of, it's rather abrasive feeling. I'll
go check one out to be sure.

I tried this, but with small babies like conures, they fall over between
the mounds.

I love Brawny...it fits the brooders so much better than the other kinds
do. I think they make it just for bird breeders...
