Around here it's the sausage capitol of Texas. You can't find very much
from out of state at the super-market. Although, Hebrew National, being a
former Texas owned outfit in Houston for a short while, is still stocked.
OTH, Tyson (chicken) has a plant in Seguin, just 20 minutes down the road.
