you could go for another typical (but more unprofessional/tedious) way by 
creating an entirely new privilege level that has everything a Normal user 
gets and then switch the users to that access via the [b2400 goto ], because i can see that the above reply from MM> won't do 
YOU any good because it'll simply switch to the NORMAL access level for 
Higher speed modems :) which is not what you want, because i presume that'll 
give 40mins for 2400bps callers whilst you want 120mins for 2400bps callers.
... or get acquainted with the powerful Maximus flagging system and other 
security customisations; section "4.2. Access Control: Classes, Privilege 
Levels and Locks"). i've seen what it has to offer, and i'll say its much 
more powerful/flexible than what RA or any other bbsoftware has to offer.
or simply use the timebank :) teehee.
