 I think 4.52 was the last version that supported and created
 16bit DOS apps ( thus it is still in demand in this area ).
 I'm not aware of BC++ 5.xx creating 32bit DOS, but I would
 think it must support Win32 console apps, which are the next
 best thing (so long as you're running Windows 95).
