Right, they do, and they use a dedicated server from yahoo,
as I understand it.
Since then the service has become much more unreliable.
But then, I don't worry about it for my echolist updates and submissions.
I use routed netmail. IF that ceases to reach the robot, then it's
outlived its usefulness to FIdonet. THe robot and other akas of Tom's
system connect to a major mail mover. IF routed nm can't
reach it then we have some major problems in the system
which should be addressed.
