I know but it is not that easy. While I use COMMO.MAC for general
communications I have three special (and long) macro files for the
three hosts I am connecting regularly.
These files are loaded, as soon as conected, and perform number of
various jobs (scan, test, download, upload ..) automatically. These
files have been fine tuned to the barest for zmodem transfers, using
the original external zmodem functions. When doing that I had to
redefine (for my system) a "standard COMMO.MAC" to avoid number of
conflicts.
I can probably do it with 6.41 but it will take couple of days (which
I do not have) for debugging. I can probably use 6.41 with all my old
macro files but why bother when I do not need the new "goodies". I
only use zmodem and do not need the various menu system.
