"Al Parker" made an utterence to the
drakelist gang
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There was a 20m Drake net a few yrs ago, started back at the same time
the 40m one was, by John Loughmiller, KB9AT. It petered out due to lack
of participation. Propagation was such that it was difficult to get all
stations hearing each other, fills, relays, etc. were common. For a while
a Brazilian stn was trying to hold it together, don't remember his call.
Time of day may have been a problem, don't remember just when it was.
