The idea that a stationary vehicle killed somebody comes from the mind of
someone who has so little intellect or self respect that he may as well have
sex - with a dog - in public - call it the Two Dogs Maxim

The Two Dog Maxim comes into play as well when we read that senators
represent districts within states, that the speed of light is 100,000 mps,
that you can see a meteor glowing under water, that the Air Force paid some
quitter to leave or that you can ride up to a president in traffic and chew
him out.

Otto is one of the dogs. The one he is screwing is common sense.
