Assuming that you are talking about Bill Burkett, I cannot find that he 
ever did any such thing.

I grant there is a day-old-fish air to his whole story. Nevertheless, to 
the best of my knowledge, no professional forensic document examiner has 
ever ruled on the Killian Papers one way or the other.
