 Well, that's not really plain, unformatted text.  Perhaps you could
 convert it to HTML as a block of "pre-formatted text" or something
 and keep the tabs all lined up.  Then make the filenames hyperlinks.
 Beyond that, just make it plain ASCII that everything can read.  Worst
 than can happen is someone has to scroll a Netscape window.
