Ever since we had used the soft lead on Abbie she hates the regular
halter so we'd have to go after her to get her into it. No I got it
figurued out. DOn't 'get ready' first. Go pick her up and take her TO
the halter, put it on her and THEN get ready. She can tell you are
getting ready just by 'going' to where the harnesses are hung, but he
door..(the garage door.)... or if I put my sun glasses and hat on. She
can tell! lol. I wish she'd get over this aversion to the harness
though. She does love to go for walks. And yes we made sure it's not
too tight. Had to get her a bigger one in fact, a couple weeks ago.
She's gotten a little wider since her puppyhod.
