Excellent!  How does the DateTime stamp between the '-={ }=-' characters above
look to you?  Should be outputting en_NZ.utf8 for language and Pacific/Auckland
for timezone when it 'sees' your name in the 'To' field.  I have been tinkering
with a bunch of settings here, there and everywhere.  Getting bored in my old
age.
