I wouldn't be guilty ... hence the "guilty" to differentiate. The
issue doesn't arise.

Hmmm... not in Oz, AFAIK. It was common in my childhood in country
towns for homes to have a couple of iron or steel buckets ... one
in the outside dunny for the nightcart, the other for "slops" from
the kitchen to be taken to the piggery. That "slop bucket" practice 
was banned years ago, from memory.

Makes it easy to adopt "noahide courts", with their lesser standards
of proof for "noahides".
