WP's .PRS drivers -- at least for HP's --  _consistently_ make the minimum 
margin settings _WAY_ too small. Why they do it I don't know. I change 'em 
always to the margins enforced by the printer ...
A day of trial and error -- and observing/analyzing PCL output -- does it.
