It's called S  E  X  without birth control or much discipline, Alan.  If
one copulates long enough without any form of artificial protection, one
is going to create new life.
Which leads to another resentment I have against the Reagan/Bush/C.I.A.
years in that any assitance to third world nations wanting birth control
was prohibited.  In spite of that, and by refusing to listen to this
nation in many things, the birth rate is beginning to drop in some
nations.
The two that have most of the world's popuation are China and India.
They have both instituted birth control and it is beginning to show up
on their statistics.
