Hi there!
I'm trying to learn to sew past the 6th grade Home Ec level.  I have my
trusty old Singer sewing machine and a brand new White Serger (Christmas
present) I have 5 kids to sew for (my motivation to take up sewing), 2
daughters, 2 sons and a step daughter. I also like to get creative from
time to time and and do other little projects if I find the time.
Does anyone here watch "Home Matters" on Discovery Channel?
I switched channels too late one day and caught the tail end of a spot
where they were showing how to make soaps, bath oils, perfumes, etc. I
seem to catch all the reruns of Home Matters EXCEPT this particular
episode. (I've seen several 3-4 times!)  Does anyone have "recipes" for
making these types of items or even the info from the show?? Checking
the Discovery Web site is useless, they only mention the show in
listings.
I want to make up some gift baskets very soon and have been trying to
catch that episode on re-run. I sent a letter to the address they post
during the show but didn't get a response (tho I have had a few mail
delivery problems in the last 5 months).
