Hi all,

Ok ... the car thing is going to work out. A litte civic or acura. ( no
Miata this year, por moi... but, gift horses and all of that) My sweetie is
mostly blind, and has been thinking about buying a ride for me so I will drive
him around in comfort. OK- I knew he was a good guy, I just didn't know how
good. :~))

But -- I have this job issue. I work for the Oakland Schools, and have been
offered --tentatively -- a pretty good thing. I have all appendages crossed.  I
am also paying tuition in August for the Final Term of my PHD work, and have
applyied for a fellowship to cover. A lot riding on the next few weeks, and I
am nervous. Lezlie
