 PERSONALLY I WOULD CALL THE SPCA RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just
becasue he is disabled does NOT give him the right to do what looks to
me by your explanation ABUSE! Please. call the SPCA or a rescue
organization. This is abuse. Loud and clear!


They might be able to help the man too, maybe get an electric chair...
If she were not underfed by appearance hmm but I don't know. I'd get it
checked out. I can't stand to see animals mistreated. I just can't.
