Sorry if I threw you off by the use of an old spelling of the word. 
Aberrant is the root from which aberration stems, and the word aberrant has 
as one of the definitions, atypical. Thus, my point is that your line of 
reasoning is atypical, in other words, an aberration.

That is not what was argued, either by you or me or before the court. It is 
therefore, nothing more that a red herring.

You argue not with me, but with the U.S, Supreme Court, sir. Your point of 
view has been heard by the highest court in the land, and been discarded as 
lacking merit.... I you don't like what they say... move elsewhere, I am 
sure you can find some locale on this planet that has laws more to your 
liking. There are people who at last check were willing to foot the bill 
for a one way ticket to anywhere else on this planet for anyone desiring to 
depart this country due to their distaste for said country. The only 
stipulation that I am aware of is that the receiver of said ticket must 
never return.
