I tried using ckermit a while back. It was painfully and significantly 
slower. Maybe it's because the BBS I was uploading to was Wildcat running 
under Windows. I don't see how that would matter though. Perhaps you could 
enlighten me. :) It doesn't matter really because I can use zmodem for 
both Prism and the regular BBS I telnet to. And I can upload at the max 
speed of my DSL connection.

I don't know if the BBBS software running at Prism is under Linux or not. 
And Wildcat! Server is only made for Windows. Keep in mind, if I were to 
run my own BBS, it would definitely run under Linux. I only help the Sysop 
of this one.
