Hmng. Sounds like you use a Deskjet or something like that.
Questions:
- Are you using WP's .PRS drivers or the Windows drivers?
- If the windows drivers: Win3.1/3.11 or Win95
The reason for these questions is that the .PRS drivers can be corrected 
easily, the Win3.1 drivers can't be corrected AFAIK, and I think I've seen in 
Win95 an option where you _can_ adjust it.
