-> Sounds like the keyboard encoder (an IC ) is bad or your keyboard -> has a short ( something conductive fallen inside, it doesn't need -> to be a solid, pop, coffee or other drinks can be conductive ). -> -> First thing, take apart keyboard and clean it.
