Have you determined you fall within the distance regulations for the 16" 
shell???  Or should I say, the crowd will be OUTSIDE the minimum distance???? 
 Have you explained to your supplier about the new site?
 
Are you a member of the PGI????  Go to their annual convention to see some 
"real" shoots.  I've heard of 24" and 36".  BTW...  Stop and think of a 16" 
vs a 12".  You do realize that that is roughly DOUBLE the size of a 12"?????
