Wegener's Granulomatosis is an uncommon collagen vascular disorder that
begins as a localized inflammation of the upper and lower respiratory
tract mucosa, and usually progresses into generalized inflammation of
the blood vessels (vasculitis) and kidney (glomerulonephritis).
