I suggested something similar, I asked for a way to mark each line as spam
or not spam so I could go down the list marking both before hitting a
submit button. But because of the way it works, this is very difficult.

However your right click idea is nice, they could have a text box instead
of a check box, right click and pick spam, notspam, whitelist, blacklist,
whatever then the text box takes on a character representing each. You
could then mark everything in the list and hit submit only once.

I've never seen a rightclick feature like that in an html page before, but
I think there should be a way to do it.
