Refer to Novell Application Notes March '97 for the newest and latest
strategies for memory calculations. Page 17 has a formula.
In a nutshell: Run it and see what the system looks like in terms of average
filesize, number of files, number of *simultaneous* users (not license limit
necessarily), and then make adjustments.
They explain why the one MB RAM per 16 MB of diskspace came about and why
it's no longer a valid tool.
