The first message above tossed fine and the second with an identical MSGID
was tossed to the dupe area. The time and date is also identical.. When
msgs are uploaded by QWK they always get the current date and time to aviod
Y2K problems.

The To, Subject and content is different though. Should HPT be doing that?
