I have received two blocks so far on my win this month on the QBE.  The first 
one came from Sylvia Lewis and it was a blue and cream friendship star.  The
background is cream with roses and bows.  The blue in the star is a swirly 
fabric.  I have had purple in a very similar pattern before that I have used 
in other blocks.
The second star is from Peggy Hood.  She also sent me a friendship star.  She 
used a meduim solid green for the background, and a creamy colored print with 
tulips (tiny ones) throughout the print for the star.  Peggy - this is also 
appreciated.  Thanks for making it for me.
For infomation for the rest of you - I requested a 12.5" star block.  Any 
star, and the colors I would like used are any of the following - red, 
ellow,
blue, or green, and cream.  Thanks in advance for the blocks I will soon be 
receiving, and for the two blocks which have already found their way to my 
mailbox.
