  Winning the Southern 3 in a row is quite a feat but the earnings marks are 
more a byproduct of the growth of NASCAR than anything else.  
  It was an entertaining race and I was glad to see him win.  There are only 
a handful of drivers that seem to win with an inferior car.  Gordon is 
one...Earnhardt used to be one (not sure how his physical condition will 
eventually turn out)....Rusty Wallace is one.  Mark Martin and Dale Jarrett 
never win unless they have the superior car...which they have both had on 
quite a few occasions this year.  
   Maybe NASCAR could mandate Gordon run a Bush car just to even things out.
   They've tried about everything else :)
