I have been on GLS for years now and with out it I would not be walking as
well as I am. It helps but does not alleviate the swelling or the
inflammation associated with arthritis, besides arthritis in my lower
back,hips and knees, I have degenerative disc disease, have lost 2 inches
in height over the last ten years.
