A few of those are familiar.  I usually block more specific
addresses and if a pattern emerges I drop the hammer.

 I get a bunch on 80 and 81 (and a few above) ranges, lots from
dip.t-dailin.net in the 217 range, and I do block  201.0.0.0/24.

The Barracuda and blacklists take care of most of the heavy lifting, but
once in a while it feels good to go nuclear.
