Aaaaaahhhh!!!! No!!!!!
Not with cichlids. The fry will grow to adults without the parents eating
them (providing that you feed them properly). Oh, and let your aquarium
develope some algae on the side or back glass. The fry like to nibble on
this (either the algae or the microorganisms).
