I want to put them in a GEMulator board... which I don't have yet. :(

I have no need for W95, but can't use G4 without it, so I'm trying to
find a used G3 for sale, but no one seems to be selling.

So, while I'd love to grab those roms, w/o a G3/G4, I have no need. :(

But I will save your post for future sake. (Fingers crossed.)
