Hi Pat,   
I am going to spend some time in the sewing room today and get your block
done.  It has been a crazy month for me, and since I drew your name, I
knew that I wasn't going to be eligible for the drawing anyway.   I have
had problems with good old 'Bernie' since I got him back from his yearly
maintainence at the dealer. I was a bad girl and played with the bobbin
tension.  I told the tech that, but since Bernie has been back I haven't
been at all happy with his tension.  Finally, I set him aside and pulled
out my daughters machine.  Only to find that I had to figure out the 1/4
inch on that machine.  After having sewn most of a house block together
that definitely didn't fit.   I need to take poor 'old Bernie to shop
again, but not to the dealer.  A lot of people have had problems with
them, and instead of going for my free (first year only) tuneup, I should
have taken him to the Pfaff dealer which everyone swears is the best for
servicing all makes of machines.  So I am learning Kim's machine to make
due until Bernie is back to his old wonderful self again.   Take care,
