CIS (commonwelsh of independent states) exUSSR countris except all beltic
and some asian countris. CIS citizens are: russians, belarusians,
ukrainian, kazakhstans, georgian(?) ...did i lost anything ?

Difficult? well. it may take lot of time, but in 99.9999% you obtain a visa.
But,( for example) in US embassi in 80% you will obtain deny  %(

I think no. (Im'not russian citizen, im citizen of Belarus, but our
countries have almost equal visas policy). My classmate is US cititzen now,
and a made invitation for him. I visit OVIR, filled in an apptication form,
apply two my photo, my passport, and pay application fee ( about 8 USD).
After 4 week, invitation was ready, it was sent into US, my classmate visit
belarussian embassy, filled application form, apply 2 his photo, passport,
and my invitation, pay application fee (40 USD). After 1 week he visit
embassy again, and take passport bask with a visa.


Year ago , i decied visit Czech. I ask my friend to send me an invitation.
She visit foreign police.... She got deny, because she did not have 3000USD
on her bank account - it was necessaty require for invitation :(
