Terrorism suspects arrested at German airport

German police commandos boarded a KLM jet at Cologne-Bonn airport just before
it took off to detain two Somali-born terrorism suspects, police say.
 
Security forces entered the Amsterdam-bound jet at 6:55 am (local time) and
took a 23-year-old Somali and a 24-year-old German citizen of Somali origin
into custody, police spokesman Frank Scheulen said.
 
He indicated the two men had left notes in their apartments saying they were
prepared to die in "holy war".
