You do not have to use the he.net DNS service to use their tunnel. Just adding 
an AAAA record with the he DNS servive of the provider you use now for dynamic 
IPv4 should do. Assuminmg that DNS provider supports IPv6.

In the meantime, as long as you haven't figured it out yo can add a second INA 
record to the nodelist. Thre is a precedent. Joe Delahaye (RIP) was listed that 
way for some time...

While you are at it, you may want to have that "00-00-000000" replaced by 
"Unpublished-".
