Be aware that the Intel DX4/100 OverDrive CPU is a 5V device (with its own
on-board 3.5V regulator), while the AMD DX4/100 runs at 3.45V, so if your
motherboard doesn't support 3.nnV CPUs, you're restricted to the Intel.
That said, Landmark 6.0 has the Intel DX4/100 benchmarking at almost
precisely the same raw speed as the AMD DX4/120 (but the Intel is also much
dearer).
