   If you think it happens often enough in the US that the government 
has put together a task force to lessen it, you're sorely mistaken. 
    The problem with the waiting list in Canada is that it seems to be a 
balloon. You make it better in one area, heart surgery a few years ago, 
it pops out with increases in others.

   It said the exact opposite that the law
making private health care illegal was unconstitutional with one of the 
opinions noting specifically "Access to a waiting list is not access to 
health care".
