Well, I know that George has had some "issues" with a Dell
server, but our 8 way "beast" has been rock solid.  When I did
have an issue with the raid going "funky", a quick phone call got
me right into a tech support person (no hold, and he seemed to be here in
the US, not offshore), and we had the problem sorted out in about 15
minutes.
