24 or so megs should be fine for a reasonable sized 4.1 server and 25 users.  
Add about 15 megs per 25 additional user.

23 gigs.  I forget the max of Netware, but it's larger than this.

2 gigs free, until the actual amount of free space was less than 2 gigs.
