The whole idea of creating Israel was to give Jews a place to be
Jewish(including religion) just as the Christians had many nations to be
Christian, and the Muslims had many nations to practice Islam.

Out of all these, I'd give more credence to a Jewish democracy, as all
our concepts of democracy & justice originated in the Jewish Scriptures,
not any others!  (and, in fact, most others have only sought to set us
back as far as civilization goes!)
