I have heard good things about them, especially from your old boss.

In the past basically I would get a 2 processor machine with a number of
SCSI drives in RAID5, I'm thinking of going with a blade and some sort of
external RAID array or NAS device.  Mainly I want to add storage without a
lot of fuss.  I'm looking at the IBM DS300 as I write this.
