Yeah, the DEP offices usually have a wealth of info and literature.
I want to go down to the shore and invade a salt marsh. I obtained a large 
Book...A key...for Identifying East Coast marine species....it has everything 
in it...Fish, Mollusks, crustaceans, marine birds, mammals....etc...even 
Planktonic organisms.
I just have to find out if I'll get arrested if I take anything and put it in 
a tank at my house. I was thinking of maybe going to Barne Island salt marsh 
in the Stonington area.....
