Well in middle and small towns it exists in full way, but in megalopolises
it mostly turns to a kind of corruption.
For example every market(street market, kind of flea-market- i don't do you
have this types of shopping or there are only supermarkets in Denmark))    
in Ukraine unofficial controls by certain group of people that have rights
to do this and btw as for me it is very similiar to italian mafia in USA in
60s,
but there are armenians, and others, ukrainans too.
This stuff is so usual, that nobody didn't really pay attention to it.
There can be I has told you something not correctly, I hope that my russian
brothers can fix it :)
